From my initial interview with Shannon, I knew she was the right person to represent my interests as a buyer, and time proved I was spot on. She has a warm, relaxed, and friendly personality, and I was very comfortable engaging with her on a wide variety of topics during the search for my new home. Particularly noteworthy to me were Shannon’s communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills as she handled multiple difficult issues that surfaced after Hurricane Ian damaged the property I had contracted to buy, but had not yet closed on. Shannon patiently, calmly, and professionally worked each difficult issue with the Sellers’ agent until all the issues related to hurricane damages were ultimately resolved to my satisfaction by ensuring the property would be restored to pre-hurricane Ian condition by the Sellers. Her skills and mettle were surely tested “under fire” in very difficult circumstances, and she proved herself to be a consummate professional indeed. In summary, I would highly recommend Shannon Hansbury to anyone seeking a real estate agent to represent their interests as either a Buyer’s or Seller’s Agent. She helped me to get exactly what I was looking for, was very professional, but what most impressed me was any questions or details I requested, she was quick to respond and always found out the answers, even tho I was bombarding her.
