Let me start by saying what a breath of fresh air it was to work with Shannon!! She is absolutely by far the most helpful, honest, patient, trustworthy, and hardest working realtor I've ever worked with or even heard about in my life. Shannon walked my wife and I through every single step of our first new purchase in SWFL. She is extremely knowledgeable, I swear she knows a guy for any project you may need on a house.
