I contacted Shannon after seeing her listed as a listing agent on a number of homes in the community I was interested in purchasing my first home in. She called me back within 10 minutes of my voicemail I left with her and we scheduled a tour of three homes for a couple of days later. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew what to look for, which was helpful as house-buying books don't give a full picture of what to do. Buying a first home is extremely intimidating when you are doing it on your own! I found a home I was interested in and within a week, she agreed to be my agent and helped me put in my offer. Every step of the way after that was a breeze, I felt like I was hardly doing anything other than making a few calls, scheduling an inspection, and scheduling the actual move. She took care of EVERYTHING, which was a huge blessing because I work full-time. She was available to me on weekends and would take my calls as late as 8pm to give me updates along the way. Any hiccups along the way, she was equally concerned with ensuring I was comfortable with the next steps and what to do right up through the closing. I would recommend Shannon to anyone I know that is looking for a home to buy, and down the road when the time comes for me to move, I will be calling her again to help me sell.
