She took care of EVERYTHING, which was a huge blessing because I work full-time. She was available to me on weekends and would take my calls as late as 8pm to give me updates along the way. Any hiccups along the way, she was equally concerned with ensuring I was comfortable with the next steps and what to do right up through the closing. I would recommend Shannon to anyone I know that is looking for a home to buy, and down the road when the time comes for me to move, I will be calling her again to help me sell.
