As a vibrant real estate professional with over 20 years of property development experience and
rich family history in the industry, I have made real estate my life’s passion. I enjoy a challenge
and love to cross the finish line gracefully for a smooth transaction for my buyers or sellers. I

estate decisions. With a background in construction, a huge list of personal contacts in the

My career includes management roles where I have handled all phases of the real estate process:
capital expenditures, marketing, financial analysis and system upgrades. As a result, I built an
understanding of intricate legal real estate transactions and helpful business relationships with
industry leaders including those working in banking institutions, funds, REITs, and real estate
attorneys: a distinct and unique advantage in the ever-changing market. This includes established
contacts who specialize in diverse products like NPL’s, land development, off-market asset
acquisitions, disposal solutions for commercial & residential assets, and more. I use personal
insight and industry contacts to help clients achieve strong and sustained ROI growth. I have also
