We had been looking for a rural property for 3 years with another realtor, before we were referred to Shannon. We needed someone knowledgeable about the whole process because we were clueless about acreage properties. Within a week of meeting her and telling her what we wanted, she had found us a house on a beautiful piece of property and we had an accepted offer. She recommended contractors, inspectors, etc. She did all the legwork with the water bureau to find out that we could keep the well and water rights for our gardens. This was awesome because we were initially told we would have to disconnect it. It was a semi difficult rehab loan, but she helped us find the right people for the job. We are still in the rehab process, but I know I can still call Shannon if we have any questions! My husband and I felt like she was truly on our side and would be upfront and honest about our questions. Highly recommend her!

Shannon is everything you look for in a realtor. Extremely detail-oriented, friendly, highly responsive, strategic, and extremely knowledgeable. She makes you feel like a priority no matter your purchase price level, and she NEVER makes you feel bad or uncomfortable for making urgent, last-minute requests. She understands that in this market, that's what it takes for buyers to get homes. Her wide-ranging knowledge was pivotal in our search because we knew we had someone on our side who could guide us through buying a short sale/bank-owned/auction, etc. It opened up so many options. We ended up buying a for-sale-by-owner house, and once again we were grateful for her expertise and willingness to help. FSBOs often require more work for the realtor because of their higher level of communication with the seller (including educating them at times). She did this happily and effectively. We'd recommend Shannon to everyone!
