Shannon "Shay" Deeter, originally from Pennsylvania, regularly visited Florida with their family since the late '90s, experiencing firsthand the tremendous growth and evolution on the East Coast of South Florida. With each visit, Shay fell more in love with the warm, oceanfront evenings and eventually decided to make South Florida her permanent home.
With past experience in both residential and commercial construction, Shay has developed an extraordinarily strong work ethic and an in-depth understanding of the building process. This includes knowledge of material costs, managing timelines, and maximizing profits. During this time, Shay also cultivated a refined taste for style and décor and decided to start a journey into real estate by investing in and flipping several properties. Shay mastered the art of navigating renovations, bringing an enhanced aesthetic to every property, increasing its appeal and marketability.

When not selling real estate, Shay enjoys cooking, spending time with her two adult children who have recently graduated college, and enjoying family moments. As a recent empty nester, Shay loves exploring the latest restaurants and attractions that our area has to offer and always has a list of recommendations. Shay loves to travel and has been on many adventures, with some of her favorite destinations being Iceland, Italy, and Costa Rica.
