Outstanding Results on Home Sale

We enjoyed working with Shannon and her team. We contacted Shannon to quickly sell our home as we were relocating due to a job change and it was critical to sell as fast as possible. Shannon responded immediately, even though she was attending a Real Estate conference and it was late in the day. She quickly began marketing our home and setting up a plan for a broker tour and subsequent open house in less than a week. We were surprised to see everything come together so quickly and rushed to stage our home. The marketing worked well as we had a huge turnout of brokers and interested buyers with a large amount of people touring our home in just one weekend. Shannon was very responsive and attentive to potential buyers by giving tours frequently and without much notice given to her. She fully understood how important time was for us to sell. Shannon helped guide us to avoid over pricing our home and matching it to the comps in the area. Our property is very unique and it required a special handling to appreciate the value. Overall, we had a significant number of offers with the majority over the asking price. Shannon negotiated effectively and wisely obtained multiple backup offers should the one we accepted fall thru. Overall we are thrilled that we sold our house in record time and received a large amount over asking that we were not expecting. Thank you to Shannon and the team for the dedication and follow up.
