There truly aren’t enough words to describe how grateful we are for Shannon Barton. We had a complicated situation with the house, which had to go through probate. My probate lawyer recommended Shannon, and being out of state I took his recommendation. Initially, Shannon offered to keep his eye on the house and also helped me get set up with a pool cleaner, which I was grateful for, since Probate can (and did!) take a really long time and being out-of-state, I was concerned about potential squatters and issues with keeping the pool well maintained for selling. However, soon into the probate process, the house flooded and unbeknowst to him (or me!), Shannon would more than earn his money! Shannon was there immediately when notified about the flood, and he helped me coordinate all the aftermath of the mini-disaster, including meeting Service Masters, plumbers, and contractors and checking their work for me so I wouldn't have to fly to Vegas to handle it all myself. On several occasions he "swung by" the house (a 20 minute drive for him, I believe each way) to drop off a garden hose, check on the pool pump (a few times!), check on a "leak alert" I received, and probably multiple other instances where he really stepped in to help me in a major way! All those little things add up too! I am so grateful to him for all of those times, and for our chats on the phone when he would check in with me and keep me updated throughout this nearly year-long situation (I think it was 9/10 months that he had to deal with me, bless his heart!). He was communicative, honest, direct, and reliable throughout the process, and was really good about laying out my options and then deferring to me for decisions, but also let me know honestly what he would do if it were him when I asked him, which was really helpful. In the end, we took a great offer, and the sale went smoothly. I am truly grateful that I had him as a partner throughout the process! He more than earned his money and I would highly recommend him!

Shannon was extremely helpful during the whole process and explained everything in detail and even broke things into layman’s terms when necessary. As a first-time seller, I was somewhat nervous, but Shannon helped calm my nerves every step of the way.
