Shannon is very knowledgeable about the home buying experience. She listed our former home, which sold in three days, and helped us buy our current home, of which there were multiple offers. She responds quickly to questions and concerns and lets you know ahead of time if she will be unavailable. Because we are self-employed, she found a lender who was easy to work with and we had no issues getting approved. Shannon included our young daughter in the process, never minding that she was always with us, even gifting her a few items at closing. Shannon stays in touch and makes sure everything is going well even after the move. On the first day in our new home, she brought us dinner and she recently brought me some mail and a package that was delivered to my old address. Shannon will go above and beyond what is expected-I highly recommend her!
