Shannan Werckle is one of the best realtor in Peoria and surrounding counties. She was very patient with me as I started my hunt for a house a couple of months before the COVID shutdown. A couple of years and several showings, she was able to put together all the ins and outs of what I was looking for and found me a home. Do not underestimate the quietness and calmness of her because she will fight for your dream home!

Shannan was very patient, always professional, and understanding to our needs and wants in finding a new home as well as selling the home we built. She answered all of our many questions, and provided timely and current market data and trends to help our decision making. We hadn't bought or sold in many years, so we truly appreciated her expertise and vast knowledge of the process. I recommend Shannan to everyone I know who is in the market to buy OR sell!

Shannan made every step of the home buying experience simple and easy!

Shannan is knowledgable, helpful, and professional. She was a great asset throughout the entire home selling process… highly recommend!
