Shanell is the type of realtor that you want. She's smart and knows how to do her job and do it well. She also has background with contractors and can spot troublesome things on a property that others might miss. She is very quick to communicate and very prompt in getting necessary documents out in a timely manner. But wait, we then needed to pack up everything at the pretty for the move. We contracted with an outstanding moving company to pack and ship everything. Shanell was on the property the entire time they pack until they departed, simply to be certain that everything was packed properly and nothing was stole. How many people would take that time!?!?!
