The person who referred me to Shanell said she was a go-getter, and I couldn't agree more. I interviewed several agents to help me sell a historic home in Kanab. Shanell seemed the most willing to do-whatever-it-takes, and she did! Due to me not being local and this being an estate sale, she shouldered a lot of the burden a Seller normally would. She helped with finding vendors and contractors both to prepare the home for sale, and to handle agreed upon repairs during the sale and Buyer's investigations. She created a lot of activity with showings of interested parties, yet the market had shifted and there were less buyers able to qualify and perform on a purchase. She found Buyers who went the mile and closed the deal. As a Real Estate Broker myself it was a pleasant experience working with a true professional and a good reminder to me of the efforts sometimes needed for special circumstances and Sellers who need additional help and service to get the deal done.
