Shane is also the owner of KReate Business Brokerage & Consulting, where he and his team serve as trusted advisors to business owners navigating growth, acquisitions, exits, and succession planning. His consulting work centers on valuation strategy, deal positioning, operational structure, and legacy planning for founder-led companies. As an author and mentor, Shane is deeply committed to leadership development and building businesses that outlast their founders. His work and companies are guided by integrity, accountability, faith, family, and community impact, with a disciplined, execution-first approach. Shane resides in Polk City, Iowa with his wife and three children and remains actively involved in local organizations, economic development initiatives, and community leadership.
