Shane provided such a wonderful experience when I purchased my first home that I had to use him when I purchased my second home. Shane is a wonderful realtor. I'm sure Shane has multiple clients at once, but he goes above and beyond and provides a service that makes you feel as if you are his only client. He is honest and has his client's best interest a heart. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further because Shane is your guy!

Shane was always available to explain or offer advice during our sale. He always has the best interest in mind for his clients. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Shane was very professional and had a great knowledge of our local housing market.

Shane sold our house for us. He is honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient, and last but not least-nice! He did a wonderful job!

We had not bought or sold a house in over 30 years, so when we decided to put ours on the market, we wanted to work with an agent that knew the local market but also had the ability to work with out of town (or state) clients as well. In talking with Shane about listing our property, it quickly became apparent that he had the knowledge we were looking for. He walked us through the entire process, displaying professionalism all along the way. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell real estate consider talking to Shane Phillips.

Shane Phillips is a seasoned real estate agent who knows the real estate market well. This was my second transaction with Shane's involvement in the last 10 years. He was an excellent resource throughout the entire process of preparing and marketing our house. Communication with Shane was always comfortable and friendly. I appreciated his integrity and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was able to read the market well in order to get us a generous offer within weeks of it being placed on the market.

Shane was wonderful. He sold both of my houses within three months after they were listed. One of the buyers was extremely difficult to work with, but Shane had my back. I had already moved, and Shane handled getting items fixed or repaired that the buyers wanted done. Shane always answered my texts and returned my phone calls. He kept me in the loop through the whole process. I highly recommend Shane. I would use him again if the need arises.
