Shane made my home-buying experience a pleasure! I was really dreading the thought of trying to find a new home in our relatively small community, but he made the whole process so much better and easier than I thought it would be. I had been looking at homes online for a few months, so I had a list of "Wants" (single-level, a kitchen that made sense, etc.) and "Definitely Don't Wants" (a pool, nothing >2 acres, etc.). Shane understood my pretty-detailed wishlists and he took me to several homes that fit within those parameters. He didn't waste my time, or his, by taking me to homes that did NOT fit my parameters (which I very much appreciated). I did end up buying the 2nd home he showed me. Shane was a pleasure to work with--he has a great personality, he always responded quickly to any questions I had, and he was very good at negotiating with the Sellers on my behalf. If there's anything Shane could have done any better, I don't know what it would have been!
