Working with Shane was great! I needed someone who was knowledgeable in older homes as the home I was selling was old and I was looking to buy another old home. I also needed someone who was familiar with the lakes region inside and out and Shane was it. Having a a realtor like Shane who listened to exactly what I was looking Made the process of looking for a home much easier since there wasn’t much out there and I didn’t want my time wasted looking at house I wouldn’t like and he made sure not to do that. When finally finding a fixer upper I was very lucky to have Shane every step of the way through construction as he was knowledgeable in that as well. As I was not always the easiest one to deal with through this transaction Shane always stayed professional and calm to kept me seeing the positive when we would have set backs. Shane was very helpful in the finding and purchasing of our new home. His knowledge of many areas in NH was an asset helping us choose the are that would fit our needs. He was quick to respond and meet us and take us to homes on our schedule, giving us ideas of homes he thought we would like the best. Saving us time and money as we were out of state.
