We had a number of challenges - to be polite - with our lender. Shane guided me, a first time home buyer, through the process professionally, despite the problems we encountered. He was empathetic, enthusiastic and genuine in every aspect of the buying process.

I was the lender in the transaction involving Shane and a Veteran's surviving spouse who was moving across the country. Working with Shane was great! I needed someone who was knowledgeable in older homes as the home I was selling was old and I was looking to buy another old home. I also needed someone who was familiar with the lakes region inside and out and Shane was it. As I was not always the easiest one to deal with through this transaction Shane always stayed professional and calm to kept me seeing the positive when we would have set backs. Shane was very personable. No matter what time of day even on a Sunday he was there to answer my call and help me. We were able to close in a very timely manner and within the time frame I needed. Will recommend shane to anyone!

Shane went above and beyond the normal duties of a realtor, including finding someone to change the locks and do some initial cleaning until we were able to move in.
