Shane Cook did such an amazing job finding us our first home, in such a crazy market. Since we were living out of state at the time, we only had a few weekends to look for houses in person. He was very good at setting up a schedule based on the houses we sent him, and at answering any of our questions. He quickly learned what we liked and wanted, and was able to send us listings based on that. Shane was kind, personable, and professional. He knows the market well, he has assets to use, and knows when to use them. My wife and I are definitely lucky to have had the pleasure of working with him, and will absolutely use him again in the future.
