Shana was such an amazing agent to work with. Her knowledge of the current market helped persuade us it was time to sell our home and upgrade for our growing family. She was patient as we ran numbers and I had a million questions. She helped guide us along in preparing our home to get it ready to sell. She helped get us under contract and be able to get what we were asking for in both buying and selling. She worked for us and with us every step of the way. We had some hiccups, but, she didn’t allow anything to deter us from being able to close. I knew throughout the whole process she was not simply there for a paycheck at the end. I guarantee you if you choose to use Shana she will not only be your agent, but, you will walk away with a new friend. Buying a home is stressful. When you add selling your home on top of that it can become overwhelming. At no point through the whole transaction did I ever feel hopeless. Shana was always there to talk to, answer questions, brainstorm and ultimately just listen to my concerns. She’s very knowledgeable and you feel the very passion of her heart to want to help people. I’m so glad God brought our paths together and I could be a part of her real estate journey. I’m excited for all the people she has yet to help. The first words that come to mind when describing Shana is “Heaven sent!” During such an overwhelming process of selling our home, she provided perfect guidance and knowledge every step of the way. Shana is phenomenal at what she does and made sure my family found the perfect home to transition into. Patient, efficient, skilled, wonderful communicator, an advocate, always positive….A heart of gold!! I simply cannot say enough good things about this woman and her dedication to her work and clients! I would recommend her to any and everyone.

Shana Smith was a great realtor from day one. I was worried about selling my home by a certain date, she told me she could have it sold by that date. She came to my home, looked at my home and gave me a price she thought would be a profit for me but reasonably priced to sell even if she didn’t make a large amount of money for selling my home. She stuck by me through the whole process and always made herself available to answer questions, meet with me, and help me bargain with potential buyers. She was very polite, knowledgeable and involved. My home sold in the time frame I was wanting and the whole process was a breeze. She also sent me a link to find another home while waiting to sell mine. In the end it all paid off and to know that I had a realtor who would have been willing to take a loss over a profit made me feel incredibly comfortable! Awesome realtor and even better human being! 2 months ago I unexpectedly found myself starring in the role of “first-time homebuyer” after the owner of the property I was renting decided to sell. I was wholly unprepared for this so naturally I did what anyone would do and I turned to Zillow, found a home in my price range, said a prayer, clicked on ‘schedule a tour’ and 2 hours later I was meeting a stranger (Shana) outside of said home. That home was the first of many, and I mean MANY, that I dragged her to over a short period of time before finding the right one. From meeting outside of the first home to closing day, working with Shana felt like I was working with a friend rather than a real estate agent. She spent an enormous amount of time and effort walking me through the home buying process, providing me with the information that I needed and steering me away from what I did not need, and was candid and provided her own perspective on different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what she had learned about me. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, networking skills, kindness, sense of humor and good energy made a stressful process as smooth and painless as possible. I would strongly recommend Shana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially first-time homebuyers.
