she is excellent, during a home buying process issues can arise from the seller, sellers agent, loan officers, and finally during close at escrow, or even after close when you move in to the new house, you can always be sure Shahla is on your side to address and guide you during or after. If i give her a true 95 out of 100 as grade it is because i took the the time to totally grade her rather than giving her a fake 100.
