Shad and his wife were excellent through this process. We moved from Frisco to Evergreen and had very little knowledge of the real estate in the gorgeous mountain town. Upon arrival from the airport, we hit the ground running. Shad had 7 listings lined up in a single day and it was smooth and flawless. He advised us on the properties that matched our wants and needs and was very responsive in the process.
