I had a condominium in Sacramento that I needed to sell. I was not living in Sacramento at the time and therefore needed a trustworthy real estate agent that could take care of everything without requiring me traveling there. I looked at the yelp and found LuAnn. After a short interview over the phone, I came to the conclusion that I am talking to the right person. Long story short, I met her just once to deliver the keys to her. After that, she took care of everything, from having the property cleaned, staging it, preparing flyers, having multiple open houses and eventually getting multiple offers. I sold my property above the asking price and the whole process took about just two months. I also need to mention that, I never had any problem communicating with LuAnn or her team.
