Lu Ann was able to take me on as a client very quickly when my mother passed away in Nov 2022. She was able to get me good offers and I accepted the all cash offer which was close to the desired listing in Jan 2023. I was very satisfied with the open communication and quick turn around. Luann represented us as buyers in Sacramento, a city we were not familiar with. She was very hands on helping us narrow down the area and criteria that worked best for us, and was a hardnose negotiator. We only had 3 weeks to close with the holidays thrown in, and because she is so experienced and well-connected, she set us up with inspections immediately, an amazing mortgage broker, and we finished our part of escrow in 11 days. 11 days!! I'm so glad a family member referred us to Luann. She helped my parents move to Elk Grove in 2018, my brother and his wife in 2022, and now me and my family.
