Luann represented us as buyers in Sacramento, a city we were not familiar with. She was very hands on helping us narrow down the area and criteria that worked best for us, and was a hardnose negotiator. We only had 3 weeks to close with the holidays thrown in, and because she is so experienced and well-connected, she set us up with inspections immediately, an amazing mortgage broker, and we finished our part of escrow in 11 days. 11 days!! Escrow and getting a loan approved is usually painful and nerve-racking, yet we were in such incredibly good hands with Luann and her team. I'm so glad a family member referred us to Luann. She helped my parents move to Elk Grove in 2018, my brother and his wife in 2022, and now me and my family. She knows the area and type of houses built there. She didn't push us into any particular direction but rather listen to what we were looking for and then provide insight on things to consider.
