Seth is super nice!!! He will look out for your best!! If you have any questions about a potential property, he will give you his honest opinion on whether the house is a good buy or not. During my search, he pointed out everything we should look and inspect in a house...he wanted us to have the best deal.

My experience with Seth was "almost" by accident. You see I had actually met with and been out looking for houses with 2 different real estate agents before meeting Seth through mutual friend. The pre-meeting diagnostic work Seth performed with me and my wife was not only some of the best I have ever seen, but he was the only agent who took the time to speak to us about what we really wanted and needed before trying to show us the different properties available. Seth handled my short sale transaction in 2010. He navigated what was a particularly complex deal quickly and successfully. His "bull-doggedness" with the lenders was the difference between a foreclosure and a short sale.
