On a professional level, Seth's knowledge and ability to maneuver difficult situations is rare. His insight into homes, negotiations, reading of Sellers (in our case), crafting creative solutions to various challenges was really impressive and not something we expected. It was truly refreshing and he went above and beyond. On a tactical level, Seth managed so many moving parts as our situation was complex. He didn't drop the ball, he kept at it and brought us in when needed. Further, we planned to do a gut-rehab and Seth helped us in conceptually thinking about what to change and brought a great contractor to help with the actual reno. Again, above and beyond!
