Honestly, going in to this whole experience was nerveracking. Its is a whole different language in a very competative market. Having someone like Sesar who was available literally 24/7 helped us land a beautiful home with a great price. As first time homeowners you know how you make a list of the "must have" when buying a house and the likelyhood of getting all of it is less then likely...Sesar showed us plenty with our criteria, however we didnt get our backyard, but compromised for a rooftop deck to make our backyrad with million dollar views.He explained every step and was an amazing advocate as he provided us with resources to many lenders/brokers. He landed us this home that was only on the market for 2 days....even with us being the 3rd backup offer....like how??? We saw what we wanted even with a backup offer and closed in a 3 weeks. Hes good!!!

i dont usually leave reviews, but as a first time home buyer, i am beyond satisfied of the work Sesar Flores put into helping us find our dream home. I would have assume it would have been pretty stressful, which it was a bit, but Sesar Flores was there every step of the way, updated us daily, so it made the experience smooth sailing. We already had a pre-approved loan, found our dream home within a few days, put in the offer and we got the keys within 3 weeks! Sesar was not the typical 9-5 employee and i could contact him any time of day for answers. i would recommend Sesar Flores to my family, friends and to anyone looking for a solid agent who knows his stuff.
