Sergio is top-notch. I've never sold a home before and he helped me feel at ease with the entire process. Sergio took professional pictures and a professional video of our home which he posted on the best online realtor sites, that he knew would get us the most views.He explained all of the steps and the potential issues that could and would come up, ie. the sewer lateral. He even took it upon himself to find out all the details on how to handle the sewer lateral. He took a proactive approach and reached out to our HOA and plumbers to come to inspect the lateral so that there would be no delays in the sale. He also networked with another realtor who recently sold a home, in our same neighborhood, in order to find out if there were any other things that might come up as a surprise for us. He helped us with figuring out what offers were actually the best offer. The largest offer we first received before countering, was actually not the best offer when you factored in other details. He helped us with our counter offers and in the end, we ended up securing 10 offers and the one we decided on was 100k over the asking price, which was far beyond our wildest dreams. I felt like selling our house was far less stressful than when I simply painted it to get it ready. That was all I wanted from this experience, no stress, and easy peasy, and Sergio made that happen. I would absolutely trust Sergio again to sell any home of mine in the future.
