Serge was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me during the sale of my house. I had NO idea what I was doing or how to proceed. He assured me my house would sell and he would do the worrying for me. He did just that. There were some communication issues during some of the repairs and his contractor had to return 2 or 3 times to do the job the correct way. My settlement was rescheduled but I didn't find out the new date until just a few days before and I had to rush to get things done. Serge also said he would bring a crew of men to help me clean out my attic and get a dumpster set up. None of that happened. I found my own crew and dumpster at the last minute. All of that aside, when it was discovered that my team and the buyer's team forgot to add the home warranty at settlement (another issue that I was not ever aware was even discussed), Serge stepped up and paid for the warranty out of his own pocket. Even though this was a messy process, I am very appreciative of Serge's efforts and making me feel comfortable and assuring me that everything would work out. In the end, it did.
