Sender is the best agent I have ever worked with (and I have bought and sold six homes). Besides the fact we had a contract for asking price in five days, he went above and beyond my expectations. Communication? He kept us totally informed on every action or step in the process. You are always in the know. Not once was I ever wondering what was happening. Super friendly and very easy to talk to about concerns, needs and wants. When I was off base, he gently got his point across to let me know I needed to re-evaluate the situation. Sender went above and beyond. We were moving from out of state. Before visiting, Sender helped us narrow our search to five houses. When we came to town for a day, he had everything planned and scheduled so we could make a decision about a house. From there thru the offer, negotiation and closing, Sender was always available and helpful. After closing, he was still helping out like picking up our mail and meeting the locksmith to change the locks until we got to town a month later even though he had already been paid.
