Talk about patience, we tested Samantha to the max. With me not making up my mind as to where I wanted to live, Henderson or Summerlin. I had had an accident and was not able to walk and she packed and unpacked my knee scooter with every single stop in the heat of August. I was totally wishy-washy to the whole process. She made sure we were fully informed every step of the way. She helped facilitate the close on our house in Vegas which coincided with the close on our house in Palm Springs . Everything happened in the same day which was a true miracle . I'm guessing she must have shown us at least 15 homes.

This is the third time we have used Samantha. She found us our first rental home in Vegas about 10 years ago. Six years ago when we were looking for our first home to buy, she showed us TONS of options and we purchased our first home! During these crazy times we went back to her again to sell our current home as we are building a new house. She sold it above our already high asking price and made everything so easy on us! Samantha is the best! While we just built our dream home and hope it will be the last one we buy, if we ever need a realtor again...it will 100% be Samantha!
