We can't say enough great things about Selinda! From the moment we started the process of selling our home, she was just amazing because she actually listened to us when it came down to details about our home like listing price etc. She took charge and scheduled the photographer, was at our home in-person for every showing, handled all of the behind the scenes tasks, stayed in constant communication with us, and dealt with a ton of extra paperwork with the buyer on our behalf! She helped us arrange a few of the required repairs and had them completed the next day to avoid delays. There was a huge problem from the buyers money transfer the day of closing and Selinda handled it beautifully! Not only did she try and put our minds at ease because we were now in our new house in another state, but she dealt with the buyer's realtor the entire morning and even contacted an interested buyer to have a back-up offer & closing just in case the current buyer's financing fell through. We were completely blown away by this and beyond thankful! The stress from that day just melted away by her hard work and dedication to selling our home! We would HIGHLY recommend Selinda and are so happy she was responsible for selling our home!!

After meeting Selinda at an open house, we knew we wanted to work with her. She not only showed us the unit displayed at the open house (a bit more than we could spend), she showed us two other units that were going to be coming on to the market. This was a good sign she was wiling to listen to our wants and needs, and be able to show us what our price point looks like. As we are from out of state, that adds an extra "concern" of what we could be getting into. She conducted our search with our parameters in mind but also was open to the properties we presented to her, allowing us to hone in on the exact area we wanted to be in. It was a great balance of her working for us and us being involved in our own journey. She took note of how we reacted to each house and gave us insight from an unbiased perspective on how we felt as we toured and discussed each one. Her guidance before, during, and after our sale was most helpful, honest, and genuine. We knew she had our back and we would not be "taken" by any questionable situation. From the first chance encounter at an open house to buying our first Florida home it's been a pleasure! We first met Selinda and her husband Kris at an open house while on vacation. We were checking out areas and happened to see balloons leading to the open house. There she took time to greet us and get to know us and what we were looking for. From there we stayed in contact while back at home in Michigan, planning a follow up trip in the fall. Selinda helped us get into contact with brokers to get pre-approved, while sending us listings in our price point. Even when things kind of fell apart a day before our trip with our first broker she still kept us moving, pivoting to a price point and setting up showings. We were able to house hunt, seeing many homes and areas. Eventually we found our home, but the sellers weren't ready to deal. Selinda kept in contact with the listing agent while still searching for other possibilities. In the end, we were able to come together on price. But it didn't end there, she kept on the inspectors, our broker, and even went as far as to call local utilities to get our water meter cover replaced. Selinda helped us right to the end, even returning with her husband after our sale was final to double check the utilities were on and A/C was running. I can't say enough on how much we appreciate her dedication to us, even the tough love at times to keep us centered. When we buy again, or if any one we know is looking, Selinda will be our choice for sure...
