My wife and I highly recommend Selena as she is both genuine and "real" about houses "Selena has a great personality and we felt that she was 100% honest about whether a home was great or not, regardless of the price point. She knew that we were inexperienced first time home buyers, yet she was the first to point out potential issues as well as concerns to take into consideration when making an offer on a house. This advice felt genuine as there were often times cheaper houses seemed of higher quality than more expensive ones. It never felt like Selena was trying to sells us the most expensive house (thus higher commission for her), she was our advocate for finding the perfect home for "us" that met both our ideal criteria and budget. We do highly recommend Selena as she is both genuine and "real" about houses, observant regarding potential issues with houses, and researches the price points that similar homes in the neighborhood sold for so that we could make both educated and fair offers.
