SEET THANG

It has taken me a while to write this review as we are now closing our new home on the East Coast. I worked with Seet in 2010 as my realtor as a buyer for my first home in Pinole. It was a fixer but Seet never strayed me away from the potential I knew the home had. After 10 years of repairs and a career change, we decided we needed to sell and the first person I called was Seet where the home tripled in value. I knew I could trust her with handling the paperwork, her attention to detail, responsiveness and ability to get honest information is the best qualities in a realtor. Seet handled everything perfectly, she helped us identify key fixes and gave us a reasonable timeline. Seet was always responsive to texts and phone calls as well did in person showings, inspections etc. Highly recommend to anyone considering her as a realtor.

Excellent and professional

Being first time homebuyers is stressful, we've started this process a couple times in the past without success so needless to say we weren't super enthusiastic or in a rush. Seet gave us something to look forward to and gave us some of our excitement back. With her we just KNEW we were going to get one this time. Then Covid hit... Despite the chaos, she never gave up. She set up appointments VERY quickly, was prompt about having us sign things, and a great knowledgeable resource. We ended up with a home exactly where we wanted for our family and I have no doubt that it wouldn't have happened without her. We'll be sure to let her know whenever we're due for a "change of scenery".

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Seet. She was very pretty fashionable and accommodating. She even offered to meet me to sign papers wherever I chose. I felt that the process went completely smoothly and stress-free. I was appreciative that she arranged for several things to be fixed also. It was a great experience.
