A Wonderful Experience

I was recommended Sebastien from a friend who recently bought their home with his help, and I couldn’t be happier with his results. Sebastien was extremely attentive to what I was looking for in a home and helped me tour several candidates. He was a huge help in assessing the older homes we looked at, making sure to look at the electric for any evidence of knob and tube and examining the foundations to ensure safety and accuracy of the list price. We lost out on a couple of homes initially due to high interest, but Sebastien was friendly with every listing agent and had them rooting for our success. And when we finally landed on a home we were willing to fight for, Sebastien made sure our initial offer was competitive and kept in close contact with the listing agent to ensure we could meet any counter bid without going over our budget. Sebastien is an incredible thorough agent, and you can really tell he cares about his clients and makes sure that they find the home they truly love. Would highly recommend him.
