Sebastian Lorefice has been a treasure in helping us sell our condo. It was an estate sale; we knew nothing about CA real estate. While other realtors gave us estimates, Sebastian presented alternate selling strategies. We trusted him. He prepared us for all the quirks that came up when selling a condo in CA. He kept us informed and was prompt in responding to our questions. We would use him again; this wasn't his first rodeo!

My partner and I set out to buy our first home and were stressed out because we had no idea where to start, that all changed because of Sebastian. He guided us through every step of the process, listened to every need we had, and walked through listings with us asking the questions we didn’t have a language for yet. He made what we thought would be stressful into something special we all got to engage in. When it came time to try to close on our favorite, he gave the best advice, negotiated, organized all inspections, and ultimately helped land our dream property. Even after signing, he’s been a dream helping connect us to a contractor for a bathroom remodel and outdoor deck, as well as giving recs for a host of things from movers, to cleaners, and cheering along through the remodel process. We have learned SO much from him and could not be more grateful for the experience of getting to work with him. You know it’s a good sign when every inspector and contractor have nothing but glowing words to say about your realtor. When we closed, he even had a gift and a hand-written card waiting inside the house and gave us a moment to dance around and celebrate (and cry). We could not be more grateful to him and highly recommend Sebastian for any real estate needs. He’s that good.

As a first time homebuyer, I was very grateful to have Sebastian help me throughout the whole process. He was always available and would attend open houses (with or without me) on short notice and on weekends, and was very dependable. We toured many places and he was honest and critical about each property, giving me confidence that when we found the right home, I would know it.
