He takes the time to explain the process, is responsive, professional, knows the areas, and is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Throughout the process I felt at ease walking into a home for a showing and leaving whenever I wanted even if it was 5 minutes later. He took the time to get to know me as a client and understood when the fit of the home was not a match. I felt comfortable in making any decision at my own pace. Sebastian was savy and super flexible. I work 9-5 at an attorneys office and was only able to see houses with my spouse really early in the morning, really late in the evening or weekends and Sebastian accommodated us!
