My husband and I began looking for a house and within two months Sebastian found us our home. Every week he had homes to show and did not waste our time showing us homes that were not up to code or in flood zones. He was easy to work with and always available. He even came to our closing to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Realtor was very honest and forward. He helped us a lot by answering questions and addressing concerns as soon as he could. We liked that he kept in touch and kept the process of finding our home smooth.
Sebastian was very friendly. fast understanding what we were looking for and he's bilingual. He was able to communicate with my partner in Spanish. Next time we are looking for a place to buy or sell we are calling him again . Thanks for everything Sebastian ??????
Sebastian was very patient as we were very picky about neighborhood and size when choosing our home. He was able to get us showings on short notice which is very helpful with two people who work full-time.
I highly recommend Sebastian! We first worked with Sebastian when my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home together 7 years ago. He was very professional and knew his stuff! He patiently guided my husband and I as we searched for our dream home. He was very knowledgeable of the area were interested in and really listened to our "wish list" for our dream home. We found and closed on said dream home 7 years ago. We loved working with Sebastian so much that we worked with him again to find our first rental property last year. Once again, very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service we received!
My husband and I had recently walked away from what would've been a bad deal with a Condo, Sebastian was referred to me by a close family member. He was awesome, listened to all our needs, and was eager to work with us. Sebastian was very punctual, and answered the thousand questions we had. He is very knowledgeable in the Real estate field, and has great references. Closing was on new years eve, truly ended the year with a bang. nThanks for everything, n-First time homebuyers

This is the second time I haveused Sebastian as the first experience, about 10 years ago, was wonderful. He takes the time to explain the process, is responsive, professional, knows the areas, and is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Throughout the process I felt at ease walking into a home for a showing and leaving whenever I wanted even if it was 5 minutes later. He took the time to get to know me as a client and understood when the fit of the home was not a match. I felt comfortable in making any decision at my own pace. He was straight to the bottom line, honest, and genuine. I would use Sebastian in any future purchase.
Sebastian is a great realtor, Worked with him a couple of times and I'm very happy with both properties, he's very knowledgeable very patient and gives you good imput on the property, I highly recomend him.
Sebastian was savy and super flexible. I work 9-5 at an attorneys office and was only able to see houses with my spouse really early in the morning, really late in the evening or weekends and Sebastian accommodated us! Not only that but Sebastian is located in Chicago and I was looking for something in the suburbs. He went every where and any where we wanted to search for our dream house. Needless to say we were in our dream home in Prospect Heights in just a few months! I highly recommend Sebastian to anyone who is a first time home buyer.
