Working with Sebastian was a great experience. From the first phone call thru the last initial on our closing documents, Sebastian was always available and attentive. He listed to our needs and found us homes that fit our criteria. From there, he scheduled multiple showings and was regularly available to answer any questions we had on potential properties. Sebastian clearly outlined the buying process and ensured we had all the right information available to make the buying process as smooth as possible. Thank you Sebastian for helping my family find our dream home!

“This is the third or fourth property Sebastian was my agent on, needless to say because of his excellent service, knowledge on the process, care and meticulous professionalism I will continue to work with Sebastian in the future. My experience with Sebastián from Greater Chicago Real Estate has been very positive . I am pleased with his level of work. Sebastian provides great service and and I Highly Recommend him!! "

Sebastian is a great realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even in this difficult market he remained focused and positive. He communicates well and always makes himself available to answer any questions. We relocated to Texas in July and Sebastian took charge and got our Chicago home sold. We highly recommend his services. Thank you for making us comfortable during this transition. Sincerely, Christina and Gonzalo

Sebastian went above and beyond to help me. He was professional and kind enough to help me along the way. He made it easy and comfortable to deal with. He helped with all of my needs lawyers, inspector etc. His knowledge on areas in my search for my new home was fantastic. All round genuine hard working man. Thanks Sebastian.

Sebastian is a truly wonderful realtor. He's deeply knowledgeable, flexible, and kind, but also is very good at making things happen, and was able to negotiate gracefully but effectively on our behalf. He's super responsive, and was supportive for us throughout the whole process (and after!). If you need help with any part of the purchase process (e.g. radon testing, inspector, real estate lawyer), or with repairs &c after, and don't already know who to ask, he knows a good person! Can't say enough to recommend Sebastian—this was our first house (and we hope to stay here a long time), but if we ever buy another one, we'll definitely try to work with him!

Sebastian is the best. Help me sell our home and buy our new home. Made a complicated transaction feel so easy. Highly recommend!!

Awesome and easy to work with. Good commutation and professional

Easy to talk to. Professional and best. Would highly recommend.

Great͏ experience!!!! Sebastian͏ was helpful about our needs & concerns. If he didn't know the answer to our question. Sebastian made it his priority to get the info. Sebastain was able to secure a buyer for my home quicker than I would have ever imagined! He is honest, dependable, and thorough in the sales process. I was most impressed by his negotiation skills with potential buyers; his extensive experience in the real estate business was apparent.
