Sebastian is a truly wonderful realtor. He's deeply knowledgeable, flexible, and kind, but also is very good at making things happen, and was able to negotiate gracefully but effectively on our behalf. He's super responsive, and was supportive for us throughout the whole process (and after!). If you need help with any part of the purchase process (e.g. radon testing, inspector, real estate lawyer), or with repairs &c after, and don't already know who to ask, he knows a good person! Can't say enough to recommend Sebastian—this was our first house (and we hope to stay here a long time), but if we ever buy another one, we'll definitely try to work with him!

Sebastian has been doing this for over ten years and it shows. He walked me and my mother, the actual owner of the building, through each step of the process. This is our first time experiencing selling a home and my mother doesn't like feeling vulnerable in these situations. Sebastian's approach made her at ease. Since he knew my mom was not email savvy, he would make time to visit the house and explain each form she had to sign, rather than just sending us an email and having us figure out what we need to do. Very transparent in explaining all details, very patient in answering our questions, very concise with layman terms so we can understand, very direct in negotiating for us, and very accessible every time we contacted him. Never felt pressure from him whatsoever. Highly recommended.
