We bought our house remotely through FaceTime video walkthroughs. Sean was our eyes and ears during this process and was extremely helpful describing spaces that were good and not so good. He was very flexible and responsive allowing us to see multiple houses at short notice due to the fast paced housing market. A few times he was unavailable due to prior commitments, he proactively found us another partner realtor within hours to show us properties on his behalf. Once we arrived up to Alaska at our new house, it was even better than he had showed or described to us! 10/10 experience, would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to purchase a house in the greater Anchorage area!
