My husband and I am very grateful to Sean for all his help with selling our property on Oahu. Despite me being in Utah for work, he communicated with us throughout the whole process. Sean Sonoda is the ultimate professional. Sean helped us to sell my mom's condo and purchase our forever home. The timing required to execute the sell of the condo and purchase of our house had to be perfect, and Sean made it look effortless and easy (although I know it was anything but). Sean had to deal with a very unprofessional and rude counterpart (the seller's realtor agent) but did so graciously. It really amazed me with the amount of hoops and "bs" Sean had to deal with and yet he did so respectfully and considerately. He never passed on any of that burden on to us. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful and arduous. Sean helped to take a lot of that worry and stress away. I don’t think we would have been able to buy and sell a home at the same time if it wasn’t for Sean’s hard work, outstanding knowledge, and ultimate professionalism.
