Sean Mitchell

Sean assisted my wife and I during the purchase of our first home. We viewed everything from high rise condos, single family homes, townhouses, etc. During the entire process he was patient, helpful, and gave insight on what he thought would work best for us at this point in our lives. Sean has a calm and cool demeanor which made this process easier even during difficult times. I hope to work with Sean in the future with our buying and selling needs.

My girlfriend and I had just started exploring the greater Denver market, looking for prospective neighborhoods to buy in. By chance, we met Sean at an open house, and off the bat seemed very knowledgable about the market. We had visited a few other open houses that day, and every house we visited, we were hawked by the listing agent; it was a completely opposite experience with Sean. He said hello to us, said to check out the house, and to let him know if we had any questions, there was ZERO pressure from him! After we had found out the house we had toured was under contract, we were a little bummed, but wanted to keep looking. I reached out to Sean, asking if he was interested in helping us look for our first house (albeit out of state on the West Coast). His level of service was bar none, and definitely went above and beyond to help us find our house. Once my girlfriend and I found a few houses we had narrowed down to, Sean explained all of the steps we needed to take to make an offer on a house, and ultimately get our offer accepted. He was very knowledgable on the process, and I felt very comfortable during the entire process of putting an offer on a house. He was very communicative during the home buying process, and genuinely loves what he does. I would very much recommend Sean to anyone looking to purchase a house in the greater Denver area; we cannot recommend him enough!

Selling a home, moving and then finding a new home can be a stressful time. A man of great integrity and honest feedback. It took us a while, we looked at several homes before we finally found the perfect new home. Sean was very patient and willing to come and show us the homes on our schedule. The sale and purchase went smoothly! We are excited to have a home that is exactly what we needed to accomodate our family's needs.
