Sean McMillan w/Main St Realtors in Parker, CO and his wife Marni w/VIP Mortgage, have bought and sold 7 different homes for us starting in 2005. We've worked with Sean for the purchase of 3 homes and the sale of 2. He did a great job at creating the price for the sale of both homes. I believe both homes were under contract within a day. (The first home sold in 2013 I believe at list price, the second went under contract in August, 2021 for about 6% over list price.) He was easy to work with during the buying process, providing us with a variety of homes to look at between Parker and Denver. The selling process was even easier.
