We couldn't have asked for a better agent. Sean treated us as if we were his only client. He thoroughly answered all our questions and walked us through every step of the process. He collaborated with us on important decisions rather than just telling us what to do. He gave frequent updates, even if it was "nothing new; still waiting on ____." He offered several channels of communication so it was always easy to get in touch. Sean has certainly set the bar sky-high when it comes to realtors.

Sean did a great job! He listened to what my expectations were and made sure I understood the whole process and everything involved. He was very good at keeping me informed and offering advise on how each offer differed from the other.

Sean did what he said he would do. There were just a couple times where communications lagged a little, but Sean always responded and most of the time he was very responsive. Sean went out of his way to do a couple of things for us since we lived about 45 min away. Sean always answered any questions we had and had a good understanding of the market. We got a fair price for our house for the time of year we sold. We got good service and saved several thousand with paying a flat fee for Sean's service instead of the selling agent percentage. And we would not have had to pay the buyers agent fee if Sean would have found the buyer. The Title company Sean used had everything covered and the closing went smoothly. Overall it was a good experience.
