Very prompt on answering any questions and explaining the process. His presentation was very professional. He handled all the phone calls and email very well. Always available. The viewings of our house was easy. Well organized.
Mr. Scott Winfrey was extremely professional and had an amazing understanding of todays markets/trends. After discussing the details of our sale, Mr. Winfrey didn’t “blow smoke” on what price to start at and actually got the exact amount right to the penny according to our appraisal. He didn’t jump on the first offer and asked my family to patient and we ended up getting another offer at full asking price and zero closing. I asked him to sell quickly and he more than delivered. I do not believe that anyone else would have been able to deliver the results that Mr. Winfrey accomplished. Having seen what he could do to sell our house, we decided to utilize Mr. Winfrey to purchase a house also. Every step of the way, he was organized, punctual and fought on our behalf to get the best deal we could. From the timing aspect, his communication and his knowledge of the market, I would recommend Mr. Winfrey to my friends and family every time.
