We went under contract on this at 190k blind then once walking the property realized it was way more rehab needed than described to us. We went back to the drawing board and entered a renegotiation in which Scott handled like a champion and got us down to 176k (which was my bottom line) for it to make sense for us to proceed. Saved the deal once again!
