Scott is multi-talented. He acted as my property manager for a couple of years (I was living out of the area and needed someone to help rent my home and take care of the "little" things that would crop up). He did that well. When the tenants moved out, I decided it was time to sell and tasked Scott with getting the home cleaned up and doing the repairs. Escrow went smoothly, he frequently communicated with me. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate transactions. I'd hire him again if the need arises.

Usually, he could clear it up with a phone call or an email.
