My first transaction with Scott was in September of 1999 buying a condo in Mission Verde. Even then Scott was the Mission Oaks expert. I bought and sold several more times over the years with him before leaving Southern California. Fast forward to 2026 and the time has come to sell Mom's place of 40 years in Mission Oaks. Scott is multi-talented. He acted as my property manager for a couple of years (I was living out of the area and needed someone to help rent my home and take care of the "little" things that would crop up). He did that well. When the tenants moved out, I decided it was time to sell and tasked Scott with getting the home cleaned up and doing the repairs. Escrow went smoothly, he frequently communicated with me. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate transactions. I'd hire him again if the need arises.

From beginning to end things went so easily and without hiccups. We had a quick turn around and Scott handled all the paperwork in a timely manner. He is a smart man and a calm influence. Capable and competent and so very kind. Just a wonderful person and very professional individual.

After several tries, Scott was able to walk us thru a very lovely home in Rancho Adolofo Estates. He was very helpful when things needed to move quickly. Usually, he could clear it up with a phone call or an email. Scott provided us with all documents needed to get us to our end point..183 Rancho Adolfo Dr. He has even helped in a few matters after the sale. Scott said he is a phone call away if we need any help and he has been. Now we sit on the patio, turn on the fountain, enjoy a glass of tea.. Life is good.

Scott never gave up on us, he always had a smile and a word of encouragement when would would call to see yet another house.
