He does an excellent job of getting everything marketed. Takes great marketing photos. Blasts them all over the internet to get the most people to see them. Update March 2019. Above all, Scott is extremely responsive and a consummate professional. He also has a great network of buyers for your rental property. While pricing your property right is key to any sale, I was still surprised to get a constant stream of interested buyers who Scott coordinated with so that I had to do little to nothing but wait for the offer.
