Scott Taylor MBA is undoubtedly the most accomplished realtor with whom we have ever worked. He is professional, knowledgeable, energetic and good to his word. Our house sale was complicated by unusual financing problems. Complications, not of his doing, aborted the sale on a few occasions. Undeterred, Scott and his staff pushed forward, they worked methodically and tirelessly to close the sale. We want to underscore the work Scott and his staff performed that was above and beyond the call of duty, including regularly scheduled open house events, checking on the condition of the house and fixing repairs that needed to be done in our absence, maintaining activity and showings and online presence. We are profoundly pleased with his work for us and have strongly recommended him to others. We had spoken with various realtors prior to contracting with Scott. All promised a lot, promises that never materialized. We had to dismiss two as it seemed they were more interested in securing the listing than the sale.
