Scott represented me the seller and the buyers. I feel he was dishonest, did not take my vulnerable emotional state into account. He did not involve me in the process other than to use my property to his advantage and not mine. He favored the buyers and took advantage of me the seller. In this hot market of ocean view properties he kicked back $7,312.50 of his commission to the buyers with no explanation to me as why. He did not take advantage of a possible bidding war and took the first offer on the first day from the first people that saw my home, then reverted to a backup offer when the first offer fell through. He gave me no guidance and only rushed the process to close as fast as he could. He earned $48,750 and showed no professionalism for that huge amount of money. As I continue to look for a replacement property 5 months after selling my home he presented me with a total dump for $900,000 near the railroad tracks. Again, he had attempted to take advantage of me. I knew better than to trust him this time. I lost my home of 27 years. I warn you, do not use Scott Taylor as your agent. Our house sale was complicated by unusual financing problems. Complications, not of his doing, aborted the sale on a few occasions.
