I was ready to sell my condo in Ofallon, Mo. I thought I would try one of the agency’s that pay cash for your home and give you a great offer. This way I would not have to keep it perfect and have tons of people Interrupting my days in showing my home. This cash offer agency offered me 50,000 more than I owed! With owning my home for o ly two years, I thought this was great. Then I learned about their inspection and a charge for their service and deductions for items they say needed to be done.
